MOBIDIA COMPLETES $9.5M INVESTMENT

Second and Final $2,000,000 Tranche Now Closed.

Mobidia Technology, Inc. is pleased to announce that further to its May 07, 2008 news release, it has completed a $9,500,000 round of financing which involved a first $7.5M tranche that closed in May, as well as a second and final $2M tranche that closed this week as a result of the very strong interest in the offering.
