1. Resume and cover letter review
We look for people with relevant academic credentials, industry experience, achievement, progression, and desire to further their career in our domain.
What we Expect:

Correct Spelling and Proper Grammar.

Be brief and comprehensible; 3 paragraphs can make a good cover letter. A great one also demonstrates your understanding of Mobidia.

Long resumes are fine, but try not to exceed 5 pages.

2. Telephone interview
A lot of our work requires interaction and discussions; our HR will give you a call to gauge your communication skills.
What we Expect:
This interview will be focused on your work history, understanding our company and your expectations of your future role and salary.

3. Face to face interview with our hiring managers
This is a technical interview where we will ask you to tell us about your work on certain products or projects.
What to Expect:

Be prepared to problem solve a few questions. You might need to present your ideas standing in front of a whiteboard.

This meeting will take about 1 to 1.5 hours.

You will have an opportunity to ask questions; so have them ready.

Dress to impress; business casual is a good idea.

Visitor parking is located on the north side of the building.

Sometimes, the VP of Engineering may meet you as well to assess if there is an alignment of fit.

4. Decision
HR and the Managers will discuss your candidacy. If you are considered a hire, the HR person will contact you.
What to Expect:
You will be asked for the names of your references.

5. Offer
An offer will be made along with our benefits package.
